As a user that creates documentation, being able to schedule article updates, publication and archival would be tremendously beneficial for our day to day operations.
This will save time and missteps as the next step of removing or publishing an article could be done at the same time as document/update creation.
It appears there are similar features on the blog functionality but not for the knowledge base.
Agreed. Scheduling knowledge base articles is a crucial feature I am missing. We update our product often, and to keep our database up to date, I need to prepare all the materials in advance in Word/GSheet Docs. Once the update is live, I need to quickly update it in our KB in Hubspot, because the changes are immediate. I would really appreciate it if I could schedule the changes in advance so I can do it without a hurry.
+1 on this -- in addition to having the ability to fully archive or unpublish the knowledgebase, without deleting it for reference in the future should it ever need to be accessed when transitioning to another integrated platform/doc management platform. Any digital platform hosted should have the unpublish/archive feature functionality in my opinion. Is this on the roadmap with HubSpot?
This would be incredibly useful - similar to user above, we often have product updates that are effective from a particular date. It is very difficulty and time-consuming to make the necessary changes concurrently with these changes going live.
I submitted the request to HubSpot customer support and they misrepresented my request. I simply want the KB article view to show both the last udpated date and last published date. I have users that edit articles, but I publish them. I can't see which haven't been published since the last update. The only answer I have is that I have an _old_ KB setup and their new one has more features, but there's no way to upgrate my existing KB.
