Create Rule So That Emails Only Log To Primary Associated Company
With the new association label feature, we would like to be able to create rules around which companies/deals emails get logged to based on the association labels.
Currently, all emails with a specific contact are being logged to every single company/deal they are associated with, regardless of the association type. This creates uncontrollable clutter within the system and makes the association label feature of little use to us.
This would be immensely helpful if HubSpot users could define what types of associated companies/deals emails get logged to based on the association labels we create. An example would be creating a rule that a contacts emails only get logged to their Primary Associated Company, as opposed to all associated companies, etc.
Thanks - we are aware of the ability to manually associate/un-associate emails within the Outlook extension, however, we are trying to avoid having to manually tag every single inbound/outbound email - this would create a lot of hassle for our team.
We have a few simple rules that we believe could be simply implemented to reduce the manual burden and would greatly benefit from this functionality being added.
