As someone who often has to create quotes for other team members, I would find it very helpful to be able to easily switch the "Your Info" contact info in a quote.
Currently, the quote creator is the default contact for the quote. If I need to change it to someone else (I typically need to change it from myself to the deal owner), I have to manually edit each name, email and phone number field. It would save me a lot of time if I could search and select another team member's contact rather than looking up this info and typing it in myself.
High priority - we have a centralized sales operations function that creates the quote and need the option to change from 'sender/creater' to 'deal owner'
@hubspot I can imagine, from a license sellers perspective, we cannot select a random name. But at least the colleagues with a required license should be an option! #fixit
Being responsible for sales operations, I am reguarly asked to make and review quotes for the sales team. Because of HubSpot, I have to reply: 'you have to make the quote because my name will appear in the quote'. This is not an ideal situation for a quote of up to € 3 million. The prospect wants to see the account manager with title, email and telephone number; not a humble functionary making the system work. 🙏
