Create New Static List from Dropdown Menu When Moving Contacts
Currently, when you go to add contacts to a static list, it must be a pre-existing list. It would be immensely helpful to have to option to create a new static list from the drop down menu, or at least somewhere on the same screen. It's much more intuitive than the alternative.
Usually my flow is something like
- Searching through contacts/other lists, selecting contacts as I go
- Decide these folks should be in their own list
- More > Add to Static List
- Remember I have to already have a list made
- Open new tab, create new list - Go back to original tab and hope newly created list populates in the drop down (it doesn't)
- Refresh tab, go through the hassle of reselecting all the contacts
For the product team I would further explain this functionality request as the ability to create and name a new static list from any list view (Company, Contact, Deal, Ticket... objects).
After filtering and wanting to add them to a list... it's counter-intuitive that the list you wish to add them to must already exist.
