A ticket can only be associated with an existing Contact - and Company. But we have many users/potential clients of our products that are not registered in the CRM (products that are sold through wholesalers). Therefore it is needed that we can associate a Contact and/or a Company that are not in the CRM to a Ticket. That means same feature as when you associate a Person to a Company or vica verca. Here you choices "Associate existing" or "Associate new".
