Here is our use case. We've ungated many content assets and want to get a sense of basic metrics for those CTAs pointing straight to asset (no landing page). There's no way to do this. Would like to see something akin to the reporting in forms section where you can checkbox select reports and data visualizations that can be dashboarded.
Agree that this would be incredibly useful and it's surprising that HubSpot doesn't include this functionality out of the box. Assessing each CTA individually does not scale well ...
Wild that I can build reports showing clicks and views of my CTAs, but not something as simple as conversion rate? It's just...math...with already existing data. Come on, Hubspot!!
Does anyone have updates on this? So far, we're still unable to generate a report on CTA performance (the only option in the report builder is for CTA Legacy). The only way to view CTA performance is by navigating to the CTA tab > Analyze. However, after creating it, we can't save it as a report or add it to the dashboard.
Hi everyone! My name is Rada and I'm a product manager at HubSpot currently working on our CTAs tool.
I'm interested in exploring this topic further and would love to speak with a few folks to hear their feedback and use cases. If you're open to a discussion, please send me a DM so we can organize a time to chat.
It is very odd that HubSpot informed users to update their CTA's from the old version (Legacy) to the new, but I can only search for Legacy CTAs in reports. The new CTAs have an Analyze section that compiles all relevant data. If you allow this data to be saved to a report, that would solve the issue.
Happy to share the issue that is being faced. I shared a loom video with the support team about this. Cant share that here as it has our info on the video. I want to be able to share the click data from CTA's on our dashboard.
Hi Rada - I'm interested in this and happy to join a call to discuss (I helped out the Product team in a similar way with external web pages being added to assets). I've started using CTAs recently and want to be able to see data associated with them (beyond just views and clicks).
I'd like a similar reporting mechanism to Forms where we can see conversion rate, which contacts have interacted with the CTAs, and ideally which pages were converted from (where the CTA is in multiple places).
