Country/region type is different between Contacts and Companies
I see that Country/region field is a single line field in Companies, and a dropdown field in Contacts. That's pretty much inconsistent, while the dropdown option is more appropriated. I cannot automatically copy/sync data between contact and company on this very field, and it's really annoying…
