Counting down the use of 70 characters (limit) when optimizing Title for SEO

It would be super cool and handy if we can have a count down sitting next tot the Title field in the Settings tabs. This will eliminate having to go back and forth between saving the page and realizing that the title of a new page exceeds the recommended 70 characters.  See idea in mockup/image format below.

This functionality is live! Title length validation now appears under the title field within the page/post editor's Settings tab.
