Count of Chat Replies from Customer and Chat Response of Agent in Each Conversation

Hi Team, 

(Submitting on behalf of the customer)

 

Currently, we can look at the count of conversation channels (e.g. live chat) but it would be great if we can also know the number of chat bubbles/messages per chat conversation had. 

 

Additionally, it will also be great to be able to derive an average number of chat bubbles of the agent sent per chat or summation of the number of all the chat bubbles across all the chat handled by the agent. 


They believe that number of responses is a measurement of chat efficiency and being concise.
