It is extremely irritating when I download a list of contacts from HS and HS insists on giving me the internal values from "original source drill-down 2" (e.g. userId:2563412) instead of the internal name (e.g. Joe Bloggs). I can of course work round it in the Excel doc via 'replace' but, in a large list with potentially dozens of different internal values, it is a complete pain! Surely it's possible to have an option like the 'paste value' one in Excel?
