I would like to be able to copy an existing ticket to carry over the ticket properties as well as the contacts, deal, and company associated with it. We do this manually now and it's time consuming and leaves room for human error. When copied, I would only want to copy the properties and associated deals, companies and contacts. I would like to rename it and start with a “clean” ticket with no conversations or notes transferring over.
Our use case is for manufacturing transferring over to service. We have a production ticket with all of these values filled in and we want the same information to be in the service ticket. Right now I have to fill in all the fields, it seems like there could be a way to add this functionality and save us time and remove human error. Thanks for listening!
We were able to do this in Help Scout and used it quite a bit. If someone reaches out to us about two different things, we'd want to be able to duplicate the ticket and assign it to a different person + add different properties to it.
Having used HS for 2 years now, this is a constant painpoint. The inability to copy or clone tickets, or even the ability to tag tickets makes it a less functional ticketing system. We are considering keeping hubspot for the sales/marketing CRM and switching to Zendesk for support. I will miss the company/deal information that comes over on our support tickets.
+1 Indeed would be very helpful just to have a more accurate count on the tickets sent by clients (especially when you are doing B2B, messages from the same person becoming a huge chain of emails).
Yes, an important feature because sometimes you need to split the ticket and would be awesome so that you could copy all the associated records and related properties in a simple way.
Can you please combine all related requests and provide an update so we can get this in the pipeline and delivered this year? This is standard CRM functionality and is creating massive inefficiencies for your users. Thank you.
Have you ever heard of Clone Attack? It's a HubSpot app that allows you to duplicate tickets (among other records) and carry over associations / property values to the duplicate.
Il est essentiel que cela soit intégré nativement dans HubSpot. Cette solution devrait permettre à chaque entreprise de dupliquer facilement un ticket déjà créé, évitant ainsi de reprendre tout le processus depuis le début.

Hello,
This should be native in HubSpot, an equally obvious solution that allows every company to duplicate a ticket they've created to avoid restarting the ENTIRE ticket process.
Hi community! @kopuszynski thanks for the question. Now you can do it only with the help of apps installed...one of such apps is CloneNer. I'm currently testing it...It works pretty well and even clone custom objects.
This really needs to be a feature. Every year we have to create a new ticket for our ongoing projects. I have to go through the pain of adding, sometimes 100s of, contacts, descriptions etc. Why oh why can't I just copy last years. (I need it on Deals too!)
