We have a support form in place and configured to auto-create a ticket when our customer submits the form.
However, when the ticket gets created, the only infomation in the ticket is "ticket gets created by forms". Our support staff cannot easily find out what our customer actually filled in the form.
The only form submission reuslts are shown in the conversation but not in the ticket. I'm wondering whether we can include the form submission reuslts in the ticket as part of ticket activity, so ticket handler can easily tell the customer's request.
