We have a client who frequently uses Notes and Follow up task. They would like the content of the Notes created to be copied over to Task notes whenever a follow up task is created:
As of now it only refers to the Note when the task was created. The longer in the future a follow up task is created on for example a Company, the longer it may take to find the correct Note the task refers to.
By adding the actual content of the note instead of refering to it will cause less friction for both Sales and Service reps busy work schedule working with larger Companies with alot of Timeline activities.
