While Deal is associated to a ticket, I would like to be able to copy the values of its fields into the corresponding fields of the ticket via automations.
But unfortunately, if I use ticket-based workflow, then I can’t copy from the associated deal to the ticket. In other case, if I use deal-based automation, then in case of multiple tickets associated with same deal, it'll only be enrolled one time for the first ticket.
I think a similar principle works not only with deals, but also with contacts and companies.☹️
