Currently it is only possible to convert deals without recurring line items to invoices. Having this functionality would reduce the duplicate effort of creating a quote and then creating an invoice in HubSpot for any business with recurring line items.
@iusmanabbasi I'm happy to say this feature recently shipped! You'll now see the ability to convert deals directly into subscriptions which will create and distribute those invoices automatically 🙂

I expect you folks will see this in the next few weeks! @SemRC I'd be remiss if I didn't ask - have you all thought about using SEPA/ACH/Bacs depending on where you are in the world?
We're on it @DaveRicePCV ! We recently unlocked the ability to add recurring line items to invoices, next up will be the conversion of quotes/deals with recurring line items.
When it comes to billing with recurring line items, you can use our two other channels to process those payments - payment links and quotes. In just a few weeks we'll be rolling out some other billing features, such as recurring invoices 🙂
Hey @mpouliot_raka I think you'll like what we the Commerce Hub team has up our sleeves over the next few months 🙂
I'm curious, do you want invoices to be able to kick off subscriptions (recurring payments?) or simply have the ability to add recurring line items to invoices?

@JackCoopersmith how exciting! That's wonderful to hear - thank you for the quick reply! The use case of my customer is that they want to be able to convert a deal into an invoice that has recurring line items. This would reduce the step of creating a quote, having that signed by the customer, and then creating an invoice from scratch. It looks like converting a deal to an invoice is currently only possible for deals with non-recurring line items. Thank you!
Not being able to use recuring billing is crazy. What is work around?
We have products that have recuring items, how do we bill customers if we can't use the products with recuring line item?
The subscriptions created does not show up in product library. I tried adding subscription but none of the subscriptions created are showing up to add.

Hi @JackCoopersmith do you also have an ETA when we can create subscriptions and/or recurring invoices without the need to setup an expensive payment provider? Our (B2B) customers currently pay via bank/wire transfer or direct debit so all directly via our bank. We need the automated billing but don't need a new payment provider.
