We have been trying to create a report that show our percentage conversion rate for our various lead sources. We are able to get reports that show total lead numbers and total deal numbers for each member of our sales team, but we cannot show the conversion between the two. Either that, or perhaps in the funnel report, being able to segment by object (contact/deal/company) owner and show the convert rate from one part of their sales funnel to another. For example we have deal stages of "Leads" and "Wins." It would be super helpful to see the rate (%) at which each of our sales reps converts deals between these stages. And we can manipulate the timeframe we're viewing the conversion rates.
I agree, this would be very helpful. Any update on this being implemented?
Even if within the normal conversion rate report we could still see the conversion rates when we view "any stages" vs "all stages". It isn't always realistic for my team to move the deal to touch every deal stage before it closes so it means the report is essentially useless and there isn't any other way right now to view conversion rates. Hoping this can be implemented soon!!
Agree, we really need this too and I was surprised it's not available yet. Any updates or is this an update that's being considered? We need to show the conversion rate for our inbound and outbound leads.
Right now for Cumulative Conversions Funnel, we have to look up each owner individually to find out their data which ends up not happening and being super inconvenient. This needs to be an individual comparative report like a standard sales report, its much more beneficial and easy to see opportunities in the data when laid out differently.
Would be great, as the data already exists for HS, if they could change the structure so we could put contact owner on the Y axis. This way a director, who has 30 plus sales reps, can easily identify which reps excel at certain steps and others have constraints.
This report is simple yet extremely important, shows how many total leads a rep received, of those leads how many they booked (opportunity), and of those bookings how many they sold (customer). Also gives accumulative conversions, overall conversion which is a big metric for us.
We want to know, easily with comparative stats, if we give a rep 100 leads how many they converted to our customers. Also, show them how they stack up against the team. Right now we have sales teams with 30 people on them. To extract this takes a lot of time, the data is already there.
This is a report we had before hubspot, the only one we really used.
I created a conversion property (value of 1 for won deals, 0 for others). I then created a report showing average conversion by deal owner, deal source etc. Much better than with the funnel, which requires deals to go through all stages in order to be accurate. Hope this helps.
