Something i'm really missing is a one click workflow to link the conversations in inbox to an existing deal. Coming from Pipedrive, they make it really easy to go through your inbox and make sure conversations are deal associated (see https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/206770039-How-is-Pipedrive-data-organized-#C6). I'm envisaging a button like "find deal" next to "create deal" in the inbox view.
Yes, please! A lot of what comes through our conversations are associated with existing deals. Being able to link the conversations to an existing deal would be great.
