Conversations Inbox - reassociating conversations
This is a suggestion for an improvement for un-spamming genuine messages in the Conversations Inbox tool.
HubSpot forms always flag messages as spam and dumps them in the "Filtered" section of the inbox.
Unspamming them is a multi-step pain: Disassociate the message with the contact called "email@example.com" - then associate them with the correct contact - then mark it as not spam - then deal with the question.
To speed the process, could the "Disassociate" button simply become "Re-associate" - and immediately present the dialogue box to enter the correct contact information?
(Second suggestion: Have your own support team be able to push support questions through as suggestions
