We have a new public beta that shows a conversations card in the sidebar of a ticket. This card helps you see all the conversations associated with this ticket, giving you the full context of the issue.
Oh this will be so helpful!! Sharing with my team. This will actually encourage using tickets vs allowing conversations inbox to get crammed full of messages.
