Conversation Inbox Displays Real Time Site Visitors
When my chat status is set to available, I often have Google Analytics open in another tab so that I can keep an eye on how many site visitors we have in real time. It would be nice to display some of that real-time information in the Inbox window (maybe as a fly-out or something so i can close it). If I'm able to understand that the website is receiving heavy traffic right now, but that in an hour, historically the site's traffic is not as busy, I might wait a little longer to step away.
