Conversation Features Functionality - WITHOUT a paid seat
The Conversations "Feature" is universal, in my opinion, to all Hubs - especially if you are paying for either Professional or Enterprise Subscriptions!
CHATS
If you are going to allow customized url's for chat access (ie..sales pages goes to a sales chat, support pages to a service chat) than it is illogical to limit other Conversation Features functionality to only paid seats in Sales
SNIPPETS & TEMPLATES
Limiting the use of snippets and templates to the first five only, without a paid seat, is understandable if you have a FREE version, paying for Professional or Enterprise subcriptions to ServiceHub and then having to pay for another seat in SalesHub just to access this functionality - without needing any of the other SalesHub Functionality, is frustrating.
I would like to see Conversations and it's related functionality included, without the existing limitations, or even tiered limits, as part of any of the standard "Hubs" at the professional or enterprise level.
