It can happen many times, especially with some smaller businesses, where a potential lead is in the chat and does not get a response quick enough, closes the browser, or leaves for another reason before we can get an answer in.
In our previous chat provider, we would in those cases still type a message in the chat and this would be converted automatically into an email. This way we can continue the conversation with the lead over email.
We experienced that as a very valuable feature and hope this can be integrated. It would make the inbox flow so much better
