Allow multiple owners and collaborators to be assigned to knowledge base articles.
Enable a system for scheduling periodic content reviews (for all content pages, landing pages, KB articles, blog articles).
Review period would be set on individual pieces of content, the system would then automatically notify assigned individuals via email when a review is due.
This proactive approach would reduce the risk of outdated information and help ensure content remains current.
I just came to the community to search for this very thing. Our company is in a highly regulated industry and our in-house lawyers want external content reviewed every three years. The above feature would be a tremendous help.
I would add the following to the great suggestion above:
An option to set the review fields as required for publishing.
Allow an option (setting?) to send role-based notifications (e.g., sends to users with Super Admin role)
People come and go from companies; Allowing use of roles rather than named users would prevent undelivered notifications)
