Whenever a HubSpot user is sending an e-mail to a contact/prospect and this contact reverts adding someone else in CC'd, the additional person is added also in HubSpot. Sometimes this is not necessarily because may be not of interest for the HubSpot user. Moreover, the created contact doesn't have country field or lifecycle stage filled, and this way, it could be a hassle for marketing teams that need to create different camapigns based on this information.
