Contact/ticket generation on call

This feature would be useful to any company that uses hubspot to provide any amount of customer service. Creating a system that would auto generate a contact for phone numbers that do not already have a contact associated with them and then a ticket for each new call would allow customer service teams to keep better track of incoming calls and simplify their workflow. By reducing the amount of thims customer service teams spend creating a contact and then ticket for each incomming call you could improve the speed with which customers are helped.
