Contact owner unknown -> Set first mailer as owner
I got an idea.
An unknown contact owner is something we do not want. Of course, we can change it manually. But how great would it be to assign it automatically?
And more specific: to assign it automatically to the employee that is the first one that will send a mail to the specific contact person.
Therefore, my idea to implement is to create a workflow, that automatically assigns an employee to an unknown contact owner. And when a second employee mails this person outside the company, that it would'nt change again.
