Contact merge : Choose which contact (or ticket or company) to merge into which one
It would be a must have to be able to choose wich contact we want to be merged into the other contact, by cliking on the arrow to change the merge direction.
Use case below : when someone call from an unknown phone, a new contact is created in Hubspot and pops up on our screen (Aircall new contact) The client gives his name and we realize he already has a contact page created (Alexandre Guillaud) If we want to merge it, it is easier to do it from the contact page that popped up, but we will have to rewrite the first and last name on the contact page after the **bleep** being done.
The same merge principle could be applied for companies and tickets
I can't believe there's not yet more traction on this idea, it's such an annoying hassle to make sure I'm initiating the merge from the correct page instead of just being able to flip the direction!
