Contact information available on ticket

It would be great to have the information how many tickets my customer has opened also on the ticket itself 🙂


It would let us identify the duplicates more easily, quick access to other issues of the customer is also beneficial (now I have to open contact information and move back and forward).


It would be even better if you can set it in the same way as you have set viewing the live chat conversation within a ticket - when I will click on another ticket name, it could be viewed in a pop-up window 🙂
