We need a contact property that specifies the Hubspot user who last modified a contact record.
An even better property would be "Contact last contacted by", which would require that the Hubspot user either emailed, called, or had a conversation session with the contact for that property to be updated.
Upvoted the "last modified by" for contact properties. We have fields that are assigned to sales users to update as they research their prospects. Some of these fields can also be updated by an automated process or an admin user. DIstinguishing between the three options wil help us better understand the activity level and account engagement of our sales team.
This property would be very helpful to our stakeholders. What is the status? Is there a good workaround? I have Stakeholders that want to create reports around good contact management, which includes who modified the contact record.
We are moving into ABM and some team selling situations, and being able to filter by wholast contacted at contact would be a major help in a variety of reports and applications.
A property with ''Last contacted by'' Hubspot user would also be super useful for us. Any updates on this @hubspot? Or does anyone have a workaround to share? 🙂
Our use case is when a team of (more than one) sales producers are working together on business development activities. If the team are referencing their list of contacts (whether in a list or a shared task queue) they want to be able to see who last contacted a company or contact so that they know who should be “working” that account.
