I think that it would be nice to have an option to know without clicking into the contact to see what happened with the contact, where you have the last contacted, email, and phone number options. Just so that we know if someone contacted them via email or phone or if they did not contact them at all. As we contact people everyday it would be convient to be able to see what happened with them before having to click into the contact.
