Contact Lifecycle needs a way to specify that the person is no longer with the organization. There is no better place to note this than in the Customer Lifecycle. I also would like to be able to easy track where a contact moves to after they have laft a company. I read about using Workflows for this funtionality and think that is too much effort for what should be an OOB functionality.
