The order in which contacts are displayed on a Company page is not optimized.
I believe the order of display on the right side dashboard is the order in which contacts were added or perhaps it is alphabetical. But either way the displayed order often doesn not reflect the contact's overall "centrallity" to the account. '
Often when I am prospecting, I will add many potential contacts to the company account before finding a qualified prospect. The qualified prospect then ends up in the jumble, down the list somewhere.
That means to get to the most relevant person sometimes takes an extra click or scroll. Slows things down!
Proposed solution:
Order the display of reltated contacts on the company page (and anywhere else!) by the number of successful contacts. I.e – Phone calls listed as "Connected" emails responded to, etc.
