Contact/Company Views - Manage Sharing and Editing

It would be really helpful if we could modify the Contact View and be able to save for everyone without having to create new view, like add/remove columns, change filters, etc. 

Ideally, added to the "Manage sharing" there would be an option to manage who can edit. And an option for Company, Deal and Ticket views.

I would love to be able to assign the views I have made to certain teams not just the one team I am in. I am super admin, and I hate that we have SO MANY views and everyone can see them in the list. Makes it hard to have control over what different teams see.
