Due to the rise in scams, making sure that our contacts are receiving information directly from us is important. Something that I've seen brands do is send customers their contact card so it can easily be saved in their phone. This way, when we send an SMS, they know it is from us and that it's important so they don't ignore it with other Marketing texts. Additionally, it would help them know that if they get a random number texting them pretending to be us, it's not because of the contact card being saved and popping up when we text.

I think this is a valuable addition and modern one. I see other businesses offer this, so the client/member/customer can know it's an entity they can trust and communicate with. Please consider this addition.
This would be a very useful addition. In the Financial Sector, fraud is coming left and right, and anything that can confirm the legitimacy of the business is helpful.
We would love to be able to use this feature. Having a consistent brand PFP and name in people's phones would allow for customers not to assume notifications are spam.
