Contact Activity


I use a contact's activity (from the contact record) frequently to review and identify opportunities for contact management. It is very useful for that as well as digging in to any issues. Why can't we export this or print it or do anything more than look at it? Wait, even BETTER - the ability to automatically view on a timeline. That would be really cool. Hopefully some of these basic areas of the tool a little more impactful and automated.

Still having this issue - can we perhaps adjust the view so it identifies emails sent to contact by email NAME vs. subject line?
