Sería genial tener un lugar en Hubspot donde estén centralizados el uso y límites de la cuenta de manera similar a como vemos los contactos de marketing. Es cierto que en cada herramienta vemos cuántos elementos tenemos pero a la hora de dimensionar una cuenta y su uso, no es productivo ni eficiente.
Una única consola para ver por ejemplo :
Número de usuarios, equipos, conjuntos de permisos totales y su límite en nuestra lucencia o suscripcion.
Número de Assets ( Workflows,listas, correos, landings .... ) y los límites
Números de informes, paneles e informes personalizados ...
Número de propiedades personalizadas...
Y así con todos aquellos aspectos que conforman los límites de cuenta y que es necesario tener en cuenta a la hora de gestionar portales y administrar cuentas grandes y potencialmente escalables.
Esto facilitaría mucho la labor de los administradores no solo para un mayor control de la cuenta sino para crear procesos con los equipos en cuanto a reducir elementos y solo crear los necesarios.

It would be great to have a place in Hubspot where account usage and limits are centralised in a similar way to how we view marketing contacts. It's true that in each tool we see how many elements we have but when it comes to sizing an account and its usage, it's not productive or efficient.
A single console to see for example :Number of users, teams, total permission sets and their limit in our license or subscription. Number of Assets (Workflows, lists, mailings, landings ....) and limits. Number of reports, dashboards and custom reports ... Number of custom properties...
And so on with all those aspects that make up the account limits and that need to be taken into account when managing portals and administering large and potentially scalable accounts.
This would greatly facilitate the work of administrators not only for greater control of the account but to create processes with the teams in terms of reducing elements and only create the necessary ones.
We need a panel for SuperAdmins to know current the Platform usage.
Kind of like the Security panel but with the Technical limits in our Portals (that we see in the Products and Service Catalog)
The idea is to see you have used 50 of 1000 chatbots
500 of 10000 forms
50 of 1000 lists.
And of course ideally get notifications when you are about to hit the limit in order to clear up the CRM or consider buying and Add on to increase limits.
If you need this, please vote this idea up so that the product team can consider it.
Amazing idea, it's hard to be aware of the limits of assets, specially when the portals have acquired additional add-ons or have legacy portals with particularities. It will be great to have all the limited assets in one space to easily identify opportunities for an upgrade. 🙌
