Connecting my Hubspot data to Excel or a data visualization tool like PowerBI or Tableau should be so easy!
I need to create real-time dashboards or reports that are sharable with customers without any need for manual updating. I don't have time to manually export data and format it each week on our outreach for so many customers.
How does this not exist yet? This should be supported out of the box just like Hubspot's add-ins for Outlook or Gmail. Please don't send us hunting for 3rd party patches!
Agree, I know there is SnowFlake integration which connects to Power BI. However, this add-in is confusing and requires a great deal of work meaning we are in a similar position as you on this!
@Jnix284@hoyahess@JMoyes Given that HubSpot doesn't have native integrations for Power BI or Excel (and to my knowledge those are not on the roadmap for any time soon), there are excellent third party solutions in the HubSpot App Marketplace. You might consider, for example, our HubSpot Integration for Power BI. This app has hundreds of installs and provides an automated data refresh schedule so that each time you open Power BI, the most recent HubSpot data is used to update your report. You can get a free trial to see if it gives you enough value for the cost.
Hi @johnelmer I've looked at your integration previously, but it seems to be focused on customers who need constant data updates. Do you have any plans that have a lower frequency of data updates? For example, if a company only has to run monthly reports with Power BI vs. having daily updates to the data for dashboards.
@Jnix284 We do have an option for customers who don't need daily (or more frequent) data updates. Take a look at Ultimate Data Export in the App Marketplace. This app has a free Lite version and a Pro version that export a comprehensive set of data, tables, and their associations to Excel.

It's a manual run each time, but if all you need is monthly, this might meet your needs. You could point Power BI at it and build your reports.
A footnote to this idea, given the way Hubspot handles a bunch of properties: if this ever gets traction, please allow us to access custom properties, and objects like line items, not just the usual contact and deal objects.
The use case here is that analysing what vendors, products and categories of line items we've sold, how long a commitment we sold them for, how much we made on selling each type, how much of the revenue we can recognise etc etc... means doing a lot of calculations and reports we just can't support natively in Hubspot yet. Because we're a margin-based company not a revenue-based one, a lot of the data is in custom properties.
The current workaround involves manual reports and imports to PowerBI, because a full size third party interconnected-everything platform either doesn't support the custom properties, or costs three times more than the time it takes someone to do this every month.
