Think the fact that this has been requested for over three years now shows a certain lack of understanding of the needs of the customer. HubSpot.....do better.
We use Calendly with Hubspot but are having a problem where we can't sync our Outlook calendars in Hubspot because when we do that, it duplicates the meetings since they're coming from Calendly and from Outlook. How do we make Hubspot smart enough to recognize the duplicates instead of putting things on there twice?
I use Motion to accomplish this - it allows all my calendars to be connected to find time, then, by booking link, allows me to set what calendar to add the event to and which tech to use (zoom, teams, google). All independently set up within each calendar link - incredibly powerful.
Can someone from HubSpot please comment on whether this feature is being considered. it has been on here for 3.5 years with multiple "me too" comments and upvotes. Can we please have a response???
This is such critical functionality. It's arguably the most important feature you could have for a calendar booking system. I'm shocked Hubspot don't have it and I'm very frustrated I now need a Calendly subscription to do this when I'm paying Hubspot so much money!
It's honestly a joke that it is now 2024 and this still isn't a feature. So many companies use at least two domains now (one internal, one customer facing)! This feature is very needed.
Das mit dem Kalender wäre echt top. Ich hab zwei verschiedene E-Mail Adressen. Einmal mit AT und einmal mit CH somit auch andere Kunden. Hier wäre das eine Riesen hilfe auch mit der Signatur das diese gewechelt werden kann.
I work across multiple calendars, and allowing meetings to be booked only for free slots would save the hassle of having to synchronise meetings across calendars.
This is crucial to many people as most people have at least two calenders - if you manage to create this, you can get customers from calendly and other tools, if not it remains a half-finished feature for very few people
Hubspot.... PLEASE TAKE MY MONEY. I would pay extra just to have this feature set up. Please make this feature more robust so all of your customers can stop using calendly and just use your meeting tool. We need to be able to have different calendars associated to different meeting links and also check other calendar availability.
How was this recommended back in 2020 and still not implemented in 2025? Especially with other platforms like Calendly? As others have stated, adding the ability to sync multiple google calendars will help contractors and consultants when using hubspot and keep thier appointments organized without creating scheduling conflicts. The client I'm currently contracted to work with, just upgraded to the sales pro hub and that would have made the monthly upgrade more a value add if we would have been able to eliminate calendly and solely use Hubspot meetings. This seems like critical functionality in today's world. I don't know anyone that keeps a single calendar for everything. Everyone has at least a business and a personal calendar, and given the nature of remote work and the gig economy, almost everyone has some personal events that happen during business hours (meaning they need to be excluded from meeting scheduling). Scheduling meetings over your kids doctor's appointment is a complete nonstarter, which makes Hubspot's meetings tool almost completely useless. It's as if this was created in a world where everyone has a personal "secretary" that manages their business and personal calendars, buys their spouse flowers, and delivers their laundry. We don't live in that world any longer (thank God), and we all have multiple calendars that must be accounted for in meeting scheduling.
