It is great to be able to reply FB messenger directly from hubspot. Sadly not possible for Instagram Direct messages... Would be great if we were able to reply Direct messages and comments from hubspot. This integration will make it possible to control all incoming messages from a single platform, and allow us to work more efficiently.

We were told by the Hubspot Sales Rep that the Marketing Hub Plan would incorporate everything Tidio can do. Completely untrue. Please rectify this with the ability to intergrate instagram messenger into hubspot.

So i guess, this is still an open topic. Has anyone found a solution to work around meanwhile Hubspot is hopefully working on this? I mean at least Instagram @mentions is in BETA testing, although most of our comments are not even with @mentions on our posts ... Would be great to have something like manyhcats but integrated in hubspot - since HS is already very pricy.
I'm needing this more and more. My clients engage on Instagram. Facebook is very quiet for my industry, and my clients that I got using hubspot. They are thinking of switching to other social platforms which erodes the all in one place value prop of hubspot
I've been waiting for this for years, but hubspot never found a solution or gave an answer. I found the solution to use intercom. But the intercom was useless and a slow system. Finally, I use a system called exairon. They manage my entire chat system. Google my business covers everything like social media messages, comments, it's really great, I recommend it
between this and threads support, hubspot is falling behind. Hard to justify the cost to some when more affordable options with better features are available out there. Like Metricool
