Connect Forms to Deals and Tickets

Forms is a great way to let our clients communicate their needs to our company. However, it would be even better if the forms were connected to existing deals and tickets!

 

Connecting to deals: When working with clients in our Sales Pipeline, we often come accross things like scheduling conflicts. It would be great to have:

1) the ability to relate a form to a current deal and apply deal properties to a form for a client to edit or view.

2) allow clients to use a calender function to give us their availbility 

 

Connecting to Tickets: Same as above, but just with tickets!

 

 

Lastly, it would be awesome to send someone a form directly from a workflow when certain criteria is met.

I'm still having this issue and would love to hear if anyone has this need. Some other great possibilities with furthering connections within Hubspot:

 

  • Using Ticket Personalization tokens in marketing emails to notifiy clients of the status of their ticket when they have multiple open
  • Using forms to collect more information for open deals & tickets

This would be great. We have an RMA Form on our site and it creates a conversation and ticket, however, the information from the form doesn't show up in the ticket, only the conversation.

For scheduling: we use the meeting tool, so you provide the calender and your client can book whenever they like!
