Confirmation email to contact as GDPR delete is being actioned
Many customers who request to be deleted per GDPR want confirmation that their request has been actioned. As HubSpot deletes absolutely everything about this contact, it is not possible to provide this.
Could we please have the ability to specify an email that could be sent to the customer when HubSpot servers are at their fianl stage of deletion (says it can take up to 30 days). It could be that HubSpot deletes all data except the email address, sends the email, and then deletes the email address. This would not necessarily confirm that it had been completed, but at least we could tailor a message that it was actually being actioned by the servers.
