Compose multiple drafts in Conversations inbox

We cannot compose more than one draft in the conversations inbox. Currently, if you are replying to an open conversation, that draft will save. However, the ability to compose more than one draft in a new thread would be extremely beneficial.

Absolutely. Just like any basic email software, this should allow agents to save drafts of new messages. Is this on the roadmap?
