Completely hide No Access Properties

  • Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for?

Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, Operations

 

  • What is their goal?
  1. To completely hide properties when it is set to No Access for certain teams. 
  2. To customize the left sidebar for certain teams without them seeing a bunch of properties with the hide icon.

The new feature to restrict access is great but needs to be expanded. Users can see property on reports, deal board, and property settings (even if they can't edit) and it would be great to restrict these places too!

Agreed! We would like to have "agent facing" accounts that are user-friendly. We have a lot of back end properties that agents would just find confusing. In addition to just hiding the property values, we want to restrict agents from seeing that some properties exist (i.e. the whole property field is hidden)
