We've encountered an issue when attaching .ICS files in marketing emails via HubSpot for recipients using the New Outlook for Windows. Currently, these files only save correctly if the user switches back to the classic version of Outlook.
Since Microsoft is pushing the New Outlook, it would be extremely helpful for HubSpot to offer a solution that ensures compatibility with both versions, avoiding the need for manual switching.
Could HubSpot implement an alternative that generates .ICS files compatible with both Outlook versions or provide a smoother calendar integration in this scenario?
