Company signature with ability to force company signature on all email
We use tickets in Service Hub and need to be able to set a company signature.
Currently, we would have to have each individual user to set the same signature in their profile.
Aside from being a pain to do that, they could change it however they pleased. We need to ensure our company email is sent with a uniform, consistent signature no matter who replies to the customer.
A company signature should be able to be set in settings and we should be able to control if users are forced to use the company signature on all outgoing shared inboxes/ticket queues.
