We have a Customer Success team that would love to use the new whatsapp integration feature, but it current doesn't support whatsapp groups. Would be awesome to have this feature because often times there are 2+ POCs that want interact at the same time.

Have you tried Vepaar?

@Nishi27 - it looks like vepaar shows chats in the contact page of hubspot - which is a start. but it doesn't show the feed/thread right there - you have to click on it to open another window. can the app show the feed by expanding the thread (like other activities in hubsot)? also is there a link that shows how it track group messages? thanks.

@JonDobsonWe're opening chats in a separate window because displaying many chats in a single thread isn't practical. Additionally, group chat syncing is not currently available. If you have any other feedback or questions, please reach out to us at support@vepaar.com

The WhatsApp Business API has recently been updated and now supports group messaging (https://developers.facebook.com/documentation/business-messaging/whatsapp/changelog#october-6-2025).

 

Our business has a critical use case in which we need to participate in WhatsApp group chats with multiple customers (from the same company). Adding this functionality to Hubspot would allow us to manage all comms within Hubspot and would be great value to us.
