I'm needing a list of deals with company and contact information so I can add unique identifiers for companies and deals.
I built out the list in a deal "segment" but cannot export associated company information (like domain and the company's record ID), so I built this out in a report instead.
The problem is, for each associated contact and each domain of a company, a new row is created, rather than separating information for one deal with a comma or semi-colon. So, rather than exporting a list of 10k opportunities, I have a list of 264k.
The amount of work involved to move that over to a spreadsheet and combine the information to a single row is overwhelming. There needs to be a better way.
I just encountered this very same issue, it took way too long to figure out a workaround and still ended up requiring me to manually calculate an average which is obviously not realistic for larger data summaries. Please make more sophisticated views and export options for reports HubSpot!!
