Colors in the inbox

To see if we answered a chat or e-mail in the inbox, we fill in a comment, so we can see the difference.
It would be very handy if this goes automatically or if we can put a color on it ourselves.

 the inbox color remains the same, and there are no labels, making it difficult to differentiate between clients. It would be helpful if some visual cues could be implemented to help us distinguish between different clients.
 
And it is challenging to determine which messages have been opened and which ones haven’t, as the colors used are almost identical. It would be much more user-friendly if there were clearer indicators to distinguish between read and unread messages.

The administration of the whatssap messagens would be much easier for the users if the have differente colours, just like happens on whatssap app.

We tooa re having issues here. We need a way to see when incoming emails are replies or new. Right now it is a free for all and is not ideal.
