Color code conversations based on status

It would be great if conversations could be color-coded based on their status. 
For example: 

If a conversation requires an agents attention it would be red
If a conversation requires the customer's attention it would be blue.

That is an excelent idea SCraig. It would be even better if the coloring scheme is customizable.

Would love this. but maybe green instead of blue for the "waiting on customer" 😛 or maybe even...

Required agent response = Red

Required customer response = Yellow
Closed = Green
