Inside the Contact record, on the left, I have a ton of properties which I want to keep handy.  But I don't want to see them if they're empty. 

 

Suggestion: 

Show me only the properties with a value

At the bottom, include a "Show more" link that I can click on to see everything and add information when I want to (and obviously a "Show less" to collapse it again and get it out of the way)

This is logical and hopefully easy.
